We Like Our Beats Up High & Our Squats Down Low

Join us this November for our SQUAT CHALLENGE!

We’ll keep this short, this is how it works:

  • You must do 100 squats, every day for 30 days
  • Challenge starts October 30th and ends November 30th
  • Share and post using #LetsGet100B
  • Take a before and after picture (you don’t need to share it, but you might want to 😉)
  • Everyone who completes the challenge and posts a before/after picture using #LetsGet100B will be entered to win a 1 month free membership and an AminoCuts BCAA mix.

Rules:

  • You do not need to do 100 at one time. You can do them in as many sets as you like
  • You do not need to come into the studio to them. Do them at home, work, the airplane, etc.
  • Write your name on our accountability board and put a check every day that you complete your 100 squats
  • Squats done in any of the classes count
  • Feel free to get some squats in before or after your favourite spin class 
  • Smile, and have fun

If you think you’ve got what it takes to complete this challenge then we want you on board! Simply come into the studio and sign your name on our board and you’re in!
