Kelowna’s Most Affordable Spin + Strength Workout Plan

We know, we know, when you come into a boutique fitness studio the last thing that comes to mind is, “oh wow, this is going to be so affordable.” However, what we DO want you to think is, “I need to be a part of this community.” Whether this is your first go at working out, or you’re training for a triathlon, or just want to rock those summer outfits, at B Indoor Cycle & Strength Studio our job is to make you happy! We want you to feel comfortable, physically, mentally and even financially. While we would love to offer everyone free spin classes, that’s obviously not something we can offer (sorry!) however, we do have such a large variety of different class packs and options, that attending spin, strength, and bootcamps is something that can fit into most budgets, if you’re willing to commit to your health and fitness.
Let’s look at it this way…. Our B Pass Unlimited is $130/month. That includes full unlimited access to:
• Spin classes
• Strength Classes
• Bootcamps
• Arms & Abs
• Booty Blast
The variety of classes, means you don’t really need to pay for memberships at various places. Why pay for a gym membership if you’re going to go walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes when you can get a full small group training guided session?!
Let’s break down the cost per class
3 Workouts Per Week = $10.80/class
4 Workouts Per Week = $8.13/class
5 Workouts Per Week = $6.50/class

We know you hate hearing, “That’s the price of your latte!” but really, it is. And while we love coffee, looking in the mirror and loving your results is even better than that sweet brew, or that one dinner out a week, with that extra glass of wine… There will always be excuses and reasons to skip your workout, but at the end of the day, they are just that – excuses. Hold yourself accountable, commit to your health, and give yourself the fun, professional and structured training you deserve.

What’s Your Spin Style?

When it comes to “spin classes” people seem to either love them or hate them. But what makes that difference? It is the workout? Is it the type of music? Or the volume of the music? Or the style of the drills? Everyone has a preference when it comes to how they like to workout, and that’s why we believe in offering several different styles of spin class. We know what you’re thinking, “spin is spin.” We beg to differ…

Our Classic Ride spin classes are designed for road riders. Don’t do it on the road? You won’t do it in this class. Pumps, dips, and a dance party on a bike – not here. This class focuses on time, gears, distance, cadence, and watts – our electronic consoles make it easy to track your ride and apply your training to the road. The music is motivating, but not over the top, and the lights are low, but it’s never pitch black.

Our RIDE spin class is equally as challenging as the Classic Rides, but this is the dance party on a bike – we pump, we dip, we slide, and we pedal to the beat of the music. The studio is mostly dark, with the music turned all the way up! If you don’t love cycling, but love the benefits of the workout, you’ll enjoy this class. Even if you do love cycling, but want something with a little extra spice, this class is for you.

Our Rise N Ride spin classes are a combination of both, how is that you ask? They are full of motivation and inspiration, while combining the best of both worlds with some rhythm based songs to ride to, as well as some drill focused songs. The lights are low and the music is everything and anything to pick you up for the day!
