With this in mind, we are proud to introduce the most exciting fitness challenge you’ve ever seen at B…

30 Workouts. 45 Days.
15 Spin Classes. 15 Strength Classes. 15 Rest Days.

Why?

Successfully implementing new habits takes time. We have set this challenge up to make working out a consistent part of your life. We have provided rest days for you to properly recover and avoid burnout and set the challenge for 6 weeks, to make this a more permanent lifestyle change that you’ll want to stick with after the challenge.

Resolution B is about creating a more consistent and sustainable approach to your health; providing you with positive habits you need to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle for 2020 and beyond.


Here’s What Challengers Are Responsible For:

  • Completing 30 workouts at B, in 45 days (January 15th – March 1 st)
    • 15 spin classes (any style counts!)
    • 15 strength classes
      (Spin + Strength classes can count towards either a spin OR a strength day)

You CAN double up some days to provide yourself with extra rest days, or to account for being out of town!

What Keeps You Motivated?

  • Weekly Contests! There will be a different fitness contest every week:

Week 1: Fastest 100M Row
Week 2: Fastest Mile Cycle
Week 3: Longest Held Forearm Plank
Week 4: Most Classes Attended (since day 1 of challenge)
Week 5: Committed To Core (execute 4 sets of 15 of each core exercise everyday for 7 days)
Week 6: Highest Watt Average

 Simply sign up, participate and be entered to win one of the amazing prizes donated by some stellar local companies; CJR Acupuncture, Total E-Clips Salon, Brix Wellness, LifeWorks Chiropractic and Wellness, just to name a few…

  • 2 optional yoga sessions (only available for challengers) – these relaxing yoga sessions will be held on Sundays (time TBD) and are only available for those participating in the challenge. Each yoga class can count towards a strength class in the challenge and is designed to help aid your body in recovery.
  • Weekly Accountability Check-in:
    • Weigh-in
    • Photos
    • Body fat analysis
      – Please email us to set up a time each week that you’d like to get weighed in and have your body fat tested. We recommend that it be the same time each week for consistency and ideally in the morning.

  • Free enrollment to the 90 Minute B Signature Class (30 min spin + 30 min strength + 30 min stretch)
  • Discounted personal training add-ons. If you’re participating in the challenge and need some extra help or support along the way, you can purchase personal training sessions at a discounted rate of $50/session throughout the challenge.

Cost:
The cost to participate is $175 for punch pass holders and non-members and $160 for all B members currently on an unlimited membership (B Pass, B Committed or B Our Family.

All current unlimited memberships can be put on hold for the duration on the contest) All active punch passes will be given an extension on their expiration.

Buff B Exclusive 6 Week Transformation Series

Alright ladies and gentlemen, this is it. This is your fail proof program to reaching your fitness goals. This program is designed to be your guided, step by step plan to accomplishing your weight loss, muscle building, tightening & toning, and injury prevention goals. You will work closely with us to ensure you always know your next step and stay on track to accomplishing your fitness goal(s). Following the exercise schedule set out and eating the foods recommended WILL give you results – you just need to be ready to commit to doing what we say, for 6 weeks….can you do it?

Included in this program is:

  • Unlimited classes  (spin, strength, bootcamp, arms & abs, booty blast, spin + strength, spin + stretch)
  • 1 private consult to set goals and create the ideal workout schedule for you
  • 1 private personal training session/week with an optional body fat analysis
  • 1 semi-private 90 minute class/week with only Buff B members
  • 1 basic meal plan outline to follow for the duration of the program
    • Bi-weekly check-ins will occur in your private sessions to determine your progress and adjust your meals as needed
    • The basic meal plan will outline recommended meals, snacks, and contain recipes for some unique additions.
  • Take meal prep out of the equation and use your 10% discount with Kelowna’s new EatClean Healthy Grill, discount will be offered on all  meals you want added to your meal plan. *The price of food is not included in the program cost. 
  • A $15 discount on all additional personal training sessions added throughout the program at a rate of $60/hr.

We are starting this program the week of January 6th, ending the week of February 10th. Accommodations can be made if you need to start later or end earlier. Excuses = Gone.

The Fit Fifteen 30 Day Challenge Is Back!

The FIT FIFTEEN is designed to push you out of your comfort zone, to allow your body to transform, your mind to reset and your life to take a turn for the better. 15 spin classes to hype up your cardio and endurance and 15 strength classes to improve your muscle tone and strength. Win.Win.

With these 30 classes in one month (September 15th – October 15th) you will be ready to get back into shape after summer (and before the holiday season 😉) 

This challenge is the perfect way to create a healthy lifestyle leading into the cooler, less active months. Making an effort to come for a workout everyday for a month will show your body and mind, exactly what it’s capable of when it’s treated right!

Create Balance This Summer – Spin + Strength + Patio Time

 We are lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world – Kelowna! We are spoiled with all of the best wineries, lakes and trails just in our backyard, but it can often be difficult to fit everything in, AND stay committed to your health and fitness routine, right? We understand. That’s why our spin classes, strength classes and bootcamps are just 45 minutes long; you’re in and out within the hour, giving you more time to live your best life in the beautiful Okanagan.

So what’s the easiest way to create that perfect balance? We recommend using the following tips to help you plan your days:

 

  1. Keep a Routine: It’s easy to get out of your routine in the summer months! With company in town, more events and activities than you’re used to means your “normal” suffers. But, if you want that spin class on your schedule – book it in! Even if you only come twice a week, book yourself in and work your day around it. If you attend the 9:15AM spin class every Tuesday and Thursday it becomes less daunting than trying to fit it in between all of your other plans.
  2. Consistency is Key. While it’s fun to take time off, the summer often makes us guilty of overindulging, which means we need to keep up with our fitness more than ever. Have fun, but try and keep your exercise routine somewhat consistent amongst your chaotic summer plans.
  3. Make it a Group Activity. The only thing better than sweating out all of your summer sins in a killer spin class or bootcamp, is to bring a friend in with you! Misery loves company, right? All jokes aside, we find a lot of out of town visitors really do appreciate a fun and healthy morning activity once in a while! Your mimosa will still be waiting for you when you’re done.
  4. Workout Smarter. You know the “basic gym workout” where if you’re like most people, your efficiency is mediocre, at best, and your intensity is anything but stellar. But you are THERE, working out so it counts for something. And you’re not wrong, it is certainly better than nothing, but we encourage you to try and workout smarter this summer. Join us for a 45 minute spin class, bootcamp or strength training class and maximize your time. Looking for a little bit more? You could also try out one of our combo classes; that is a 30 minutes spin class followed by 30 minutes of strength training. One power hour workout.
