Whether this is your 1st or 1,000,000th spin or strength training class, we are ecstatic to welcome to you B, and want to remind you that walking in that door for the first time is the hardest part; but we know you can do it, because you’re one strong B.
Now, here’s the rundown….
Parking – There is free underground parking spots available to all of our guests. Simply pull up to the automatic garage door at the Playa Del Sol Resort and park in any spot marked “Retail.” There are signs in the parkade that highlight which spots these are. Take the footpath door out of the parkade and walk around Esther & Sons coffee to find the entrance of B, if you hit Basil & Mint, you’ve gone too far.
There is also free 2 hour street parking available all along Cook Rd.
Arrival – If it’s your first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to ensure you get properly registered and set up. All guests must arrive at least 5 minutes before class to ensure their spot isn’t released to the waitlist. Our cancellation policy is 8 hours without penalty. If you cancel within 8 hours of your booked class, you will be charged a $12 late fee, if you miss the class, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. Latecomers are not admitted, so get here early!
Shoes – To get the best indoor cycle experience we offer complimentary Shimano spin shoes with each ride. If you’re participating in a strength class, ensure you bring a clean pair of running shoes.
Attire - We probably don’t need to explain, but we suggest wearing breathable active-wear that allows you to move comfortably. Please make sure it’s clean, so all of our guests can focus on their class. Ladies we suggest layering up as it gets ‘hot in here.’
Showers You are going to sweat. Our ladies change room is equipped with everything you need to get on with your day including large shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, hair straightener, etc. Unfortunately, our studio does not offer men’s shower facilities at this time
Water – We have it, we sell it, just please make sure you have enough water for the class; hydration is key to feeling great during and after your workout.
Music – It’s loud. But we have ear plugs. Our playlists are unique for each class and each instructor makes their own.
Recovery – After class ensure you drink plenty of water and eat a nutritious meal.
Warning: After your first few classes your butt and legs may be a little sore.
